database input via mysqlAdmin

I have a database backup in text file, looking at the phpMyAdmin control panel I would do a query and paste the information into it, however, the text backup file I have is very large and this process only allows files upto 8000kb. So what is the best way to upload a backed up database back into the database??
All advise would be welcomed...................thanks in advance

I would use MySQL Administrator http://www.mysql.com/products/administrator/

To connect you might need to make a change on your database to allow the non localhost connect to your database.
