Well, please don't take this the wrong way, but someone who is still at school will find it difficult to prove the assertion that 'I'm skilled in business' or 'good at making business decisions'.
I don't know, you may already have several successfull business ventures under your belt, or be running profitable companies already set up. But in that case you should have the cash to go out and hire the skills you need in the market place.
I agree that you don't need to be an expert programmer to run a software company, just as being an expert programmer in no way qualifies one to run a successfull business. The skill sets are just not related that closely as many of us have found to our cost.
