I'm looking for a php script which automatically and daily backs up a folder in my website which is remotely hosted. Does anybody know of a script like that or can somebody write one? The folder that I need to backup is quite small - around 100 - 200kb tops.
I've heard of scripts that backs up i.e. a MySQL database and e-mails it to you as a tar or zip-file - something similar would be excellent.
