I want to be able to allow contractors to submit resumes to my website. Ideally, they would be able to create a login name and password to control their own resume data, have a few fields such as name, address, contact phone, keywords, a short memo field type description, then the ability to attach/upload their resume.
Ideally, I'd get email notification when a resume was posted. Even better, I'd be able to search the uploaded resumes for specific keywords, positions, etc., but neither of these is a requirement.
Any ideas as to the best approach, best piece of software to be able to implement this?
