convert image to OTB format

does any 1 here knows how to convert the images to OTB format

basically why i need to convert it coz im going to use it for an operators logo for cellphone.

so what im going to do is to convert the jpg, gif or bmp to otb format and convert the otb format to hexadecimal.

maybe someone here done something like this help me pls.

I know of nothing in php for it, but ImageMagick supports OTB.

do u happen to know whats the command in imagemagick?

Generally speaking, its just this.

convert filename.gif filename.otb

In case I wasn't clear, it is a command line tool.
