create links, a website ... etc

Dear All,

I'd like to dive into a bit comprehensive question, and I'd like to ask your help. I'd like to create a website navigation system with PHP.

I'd like to create URL links like this:

http://www.phpbuilder.com/board/newthread.php?s=&action=newthread&forumid=3

As far as I know, you can do this with arrays...but how? And what do I have to put into the "A" html target? Do I have to use mySQL too?

Any help would be appreciated

do you even know why you want to do this?

a simplistic example would be like follows

<a href="index.php?page=foo.html">goto foo.html</a>

<?php
include ($_GET['page']);
?>
