Weve just been discussing this in another forum.
The only reason it doesn't affect IE is that it has no capability to display IDNs.
I don't whether to laugh about that or imagine the field day Microsoft will have telling everyone how bad Open Source Projects are (obviously, leaving the bit out about IE not being able to even display an IDN address!).
