Register page - info to be okayed by admin before publishing

Hi I'm new and have a database of companies. I want these companies to be able to register, input their info into a form, and have that form submitted to myself before I post it into the database available to the public.

I'm looking for a solution that will be free of charge, secure, and easy to maintain. It would be nice if the info that businesses submit for approval was sent to a seperate page or something that would be organized.

If anybody has any ideas, please share. Thanks ahead of time.

sounds like you need to look into a cms. unless of course you want to program this thing yourself, and if thats the case, you best by a php book or atleast read the manual.

Thanks man. I'm not sure if this is quite what I need though, but I'm on the right track. I was hoping to do this with all php and mysql programming. Is it that tough of a job? Can I combine scripts or something?
