This PHP form keeps getting blocked by a filter... I think I need a legimate (sender) email address and not a composite or undetermined one... but I don't know how to adjust this php address... help!

You prolly do need a legit email addy to use as your from address. It would have to be one hosted by your websites host. I would try switching the from address to [e-mail] and see if that works.

I had the same problem on my website. You are going to have to use the email address.

where do I enter the address info? What line? My PHP editing skills are less than perfect

you might need to put single quotes around the email addy. I haven't tested it.
