I'm new to this whole PHP thing, I just starting tonight,
and I am already way interested, if anyone has any tips/suggestions/help/ let me know.

Hey good to hear your enjoying yourself, and welcome to the board.

As for tips, as your learning I assume your using either tutorials, books or learning from someone. What ever code your given dont just learn what it does practice what your given over and over, play around with it change it find what works what doesnt. Making mistakes is just part of the learning process.

In addition to what planetsim said, I also recommend you find a coding style that works for you, validates well and is consistent. Don't worry too much about trying to find a good book. The PHP Manual is a great source for learning. Oh, and don't come on here with questions asking for help with coding something when you don't have anything started. Bring your code, and we'll help you tweak it, but we are all (most of us anyhow) busy professionals who do this in our spare time, so don't expect anyone to write your code for you. (Besides, it doesn't help you to learn that way.)

I ll make a news system.. ok.. now what you need:

First learn how mysql works and think about the DB.

With your database in mind...

How do i created tables with php?

now how do i show this data on the screen?

data shown...

now.. how do i insert data using a form...

That´s how i ve learned

Now i m making my own codes and functions...

i think its the fastest way...
