New to coding PHP, Concatente Operator Question

I'm trying to use display the following in a test script

Measurements: 36 - 24 - 36

This is the ccode I'm using, which doesn't work
print ("<strong>Measurements:</strong> $FemaleBust" . " - " . "$FemaleWaist" . " - " . "$FemaleHips<br>");

Is there a problem with how I'm using the concatente operator, or is there something else wrong?

Ok well im not getting any errors with that unless i dont assign a value to each variable.

A few hints, you dont require parenthesis around the print e.g. print (); not required.

print "<strong>Measurements:</strong> ".$FemaleBust ." - ".$FemaleWaist." - " .$FemaleHips."<br>";
