php and mysql drop down menus

It's been hard trying to find a script that actually works..

I want my intro page to have 3 different drop down sections:

1) location (3 drop down menus in location include country, state/province, city)

2) business type (1 drop down menu listing different business types)

3) sector (1 drop down menu listing different sectors)

For the first drop down menu (location) I want to choose my country, either the states or canada, and then directly underneath that menu, have either the states or provinces show depending on which country the user selects. So if i choose Canada from the drop down menu, the drop down menu directly underneath will list the provinces. Then when they select a province, I need to show the city's in that province.

When this first drop down section is complete, I need to show in the business type section only business sections that are in the city chosen in the first menu.

The third section (sector) will only show sectors in that city, and in that business type.

I hope somebody can help me, I'm having a hard time figuring this out. Thanks ahead of time..

You can do this either with JavaScript or with page reloads and PHP. Using JavaScript, you have to store all the options in arrays. Using PHP, you can just get the data from the database or whatever source you're using, but you have to use page reloads (which would probably involve JavaScript if you want the options to change immediately upon selection.)
