Multiple search variables

Hi Everyone!
I'm trying to make a searchfunction on my site that relies on 4 different categories.
The pages that people can search for have 4 categories, each with 4 variables, for example a page has:

Color=blue
Sound=woof
Touch=hand
Element=fire

Visitors then should be able to select their variables for each category, and a list of pages that correspond with those variables should appear, is this possible in PHP?

If anyone can help me,... please! 😉

Yes, this is possible in PHP. Do you have any code so far, or are you looking for someone to write this for you? The PHP and MySQL Manuals have all of the info you need to build this.

Thankx for the reply. I don't have any code just yet. I'm only new to PHP, but I have made a working guestbook, so I do know a little, and I'm a quick learner. Is there any place where I can get those manuals (maybe in pdf)?

At both sites, go to the documentation link, and each has downloadable manuals. If you've made a working guest book, you already have sufficient knowledge to work your way through the manuals to figure this out. Put some code together, and we'll help you tweak it.
