Good host ?

Hi guys,

I guess it is better to get hosted by a genuine hosting co. rather than just a re-seller ?

I want to host my website, I am running mysql db and php and hope to get quite a lot of hits (5,000 a day) but I do not have many images so maybe the bandwidth won't be too bad.

any recommendations ?
