Hi guys,
Firstly I am a newbie at the program. And secondly I'm not sure if this is a php problem or a MySQL problem.
But I am using the example given on this site to upload files to my database.

The am not getting any error as such, but the code isnt saving any files to my table, and I dont understand why.
can anyone please help.
