Registering users to my forums NOT working!

Hi guys, I have this little forum that I'm playing with, but is not letting me register my users, it gives me an error message. Could you please take a look at it.

you would probably be helped better if you posted on the phpbb website.

and when you do post there, you should post more info. for example, you say there is an error, but you dont say what the error is, and when it happens.

details are good.
dont expect many people to take the time out of thier day to register for your board just to see what the error is when you could just tell them.
