how to make tags with regexp?

i have a problem making emoticons and tags with regexp =(
becose my smile tags is like it:
/heh
/ic
/ho
/!
(yes it is like ragnarok XD)
...

my problem is:
when i use the tag

[url='www.website.com/heh/index.php']

the smile tag '/heh' change my url tag....

i hope u understand it =p
sorry for my english

(note: im talking about my own forum, not phpbb, invisionbord,....)
