Looking for mark/flag MOD

Just wondering if there is some kid of MOD out there that allows members to flag or mark posts/topics for future reference. I've looked but cannot find

any help would help

if you click "subscribe to this thread" at the bottom of the thread, it will show up in your cp and you will receive emails every time a new post is made. i think thats the closest though.
