cant find .sql file

Hi

I want to upload a .sql file. I can not get into my Mysql command line shell because I moved the database to another user account on my desktop.

I only see test database.
Well I need to create a .sql file to upload to the host. How can I do this if I can not get to the database through command line.

Using PHP mysql commands, log on to your database. Then

mysql_query("source path/to/my/uploaded/file.sql" );
