Pagination

I'd like to be able to paginate according to the amount of text, preferably at a paragraph break, or heading. Is there a method of doing it besides going by rows?

You could always search for "\n\n" or "\r\n\r\n" or "<br><br>" or "<br /><br />" and use that result to paginate.

I realize with rows, you get a more consistent output. And trying to paginate with paragraph breaks is not nearly as cut and dried since there are varying lengths of paragraphs. Is there a way to determine that a "minimum amount" of text is rendered before it gets cut off at the next available paragraph break?

strlen()
and
substr()
