PHP Order Form Trouble

Hi all, first time posting.

Im still kind of new to codeing php and am learing as I go, Im writing an order form for a website and im having trouble transfering the amount value to the process page. A friend of mine gave me these includes that he said would work and that they came from the paypal site but slightly modified. I need to take the value of the product drop down box, and multiply that by the billing cycle drop down box value and that would be the final amount.

If someone could please help me with this problem as soon as possible I would very much appreciate it, I am starting to lose customers as the order form is not set up yet and I am willing to give something to someone if they were to help me very soon. Im sorry, I dont have a solution to your problem but I do recommend putting up a notice on your site saying that the form is down and you are aware of it. That way you can at least have the chance of saving a few customers 😉
