email attachment to database

I would like if someone sends an email with a video attachment, their attachment goes into my images folder on my website and the filename of their attachment goes into a relevant field in a mysql database.

Wishful thinking? Can it be done? If not, can anyone think of an inbetween i.e. where I wouldn't have to open email save attachment, upload to database, add filename, all manually.
