Mapping Program

I'm looking for a good mapping program similar to MapQuest...

Where users can enter a zip code...
And be taken to a map that will have plotted locations on the map...

Has anyone seen anything like this?
It must interact with PHP in a linux enviroment...

Mappoint is for Windows...

"maps.google.com" yes it is awesome however I'm NOT pointing to a map on another site, and as far as I know google does not allow plotting...

I'm building a site that will plot locations on a map...

So lets say you plot every McDonalds on the US map...
You do a search by zip, then you zoom in to the city to see all the McDonalds on a street map...

I'm looking for a map system that either I can plug into or load on a LINUX server and plot locations.

Can't get much more similar to mapquest than that. Oh, and site advantage should work with php on linux.

Actually, if you use the Mappoint.Net webservice, you can use NuSOAP to connect and use it via PHP.
