I found a forms generator which seems to work very well, phpform, it will generate upto 100 fields and has about 6 question types text, radio button, etc.. If anybody has a preffered generator I would love to find one with more question types and formating options and free.
My big need is for an easy to use reports generator, I am going to be developing a course registration and administration application and would like a tool to save me from coding. Any tools out there or pointers would be appreciated.
