Opensource Content Management System

Hello!

I have been looking to adapt a opensource content management system...

Phpwebsite 0.10 is a good one BUT it does not have strong security model built in. Meaning I want to have a system where in my 50 users across the Intranet will be able to edit their respective sections/pages of the website ONLY. In phpwebsite once you create a user with admin privileges anyone can edit anyone's pages. That's a weired thing...

I have asked folks of phpwebsite dev team more than a year ago.
They say the idea is still in the works....?

Anyways, I would really appreciate If any one can let me know If you come across any opensource content management with the
feature I want.

Mambo Open Source will do what you want. It's got three different levels of user groups and you can control the permissions of each user group. Just stick the user into the right group and Wham! you're ready to go.

Its templates are also very flexible. I did the website for my hosting company with mambo.

Thanks! folks...Moodle & Mambo doesn't help me
to do what I want...

I am looking for a system where in the the 50 users I have can
edit their departmental web pages only....
