Where can I obtain php_mcal.dll

I have an application called Horde Framework and I need php_mcal.dll (a php module) in order to get it to work.

Where can I obtain it?

I've looked everywhere.

Thanks, but I don't see the php_mcal.dll file in there.

Do I have to change the extension?
