That's what I get when I build from source, Apache 1.3.33, Debian 3.1, P4 with HT, 2.4 kernel with SMP enabled. Google doesn't give me anything useful.

Thanks, but been there, done that, don't have the t-shirt. 😛 I was able to find only one thing in Apache's mailing list archive, and even that didn't have an answer.
