file_get_contents

im trying to do a file_get_contents to a web site.

when you go here: http://nw4.novaworld.net/NWStats.dll?success=tsab_6_name.htm&failure=tsab_6_main.htm&relay=tsab_6_relay.htm&msgbase=tsab_6_msg.htm&nodb=tsab_6_nodb.htm&statpage=tsab_6_stat.htm&pfid=26&statslot=0&action=charlist

there is a preloader that says Getting player list.... and then it loads the 'player list' and in then in the address bar it redirects you to http://nw4.novaworld.net/NWStats.dll

when i do file_get_contents to this web site

i get the contents of the preloader, when i do file_get_contents" to this web site:

http://nw4.novaworld.net/NWStats.dll

i get "Missing FAILURE param. (Code 1003)"

I want to get the contents of the 'player list'

is there anyway i can tell php to skip the preloader and get the contents of the 'player list' ?

its definately setting cookies by visiting the first url and when it forwards there may be certain headers required to prevent errors. im guessing you will need to use [man]curl[/man] functions to get the page or write your own custom socket functions with [man]fsockopen[/man].
