Is there a way to force all error messages from php script to a new window

Some times the error message is behind pictures or overlaped with text in the window and is not posible to read, so I have to remove or set visibility to hidden so I can read the message. It's anoying ...

Use [man]set_error_handler/man and use output buffering to stop the errors from being printed. Then output the errors to a JavaScript function to pop up a new window.
