No, I didn't want to deal with it, so I went out and purchased Remedy HelpDesk for my company (which is built around SQL). Hey, it wasn't my money... Check hotscripts.com, and you may be able to find someone at rentacoder.com to build one for $60.00. They like to underbid there. Just remember, most of the time, you get what you pay for, and if someone is willing to write it for you for that price, it probably won't be as robust as you may want. Just be careful. And don't consider this post as an endorsement for either site, or the contents on them.
