Looking for a Pay per view PHP script?

Is anyone aware of a shopping cart, digital download system, or membership management system, that supports "pay per view"; that is, the customer is charged each time they click and view an item, either an HTML or PDF file?

I see the customer pre-purchasing a number of units (with different prices breaks), and their account is debited per view.

Any suggestions.

Have you looked at http://hotscripts.com more than likely something there, however I have never found the need to use any so I cannot say from personal experience.
