Table formatting

Does anyone know of a good tutorial for making a table look nice with PHP/MySQL? I have the basic display coming out, and since I'd like to use it on a website, I'd like the rows to be shaded differently... and possibly add some functionality to it.

I don't know of one off hand, but I do a lot of databasing stuff with PHP and MySQL and I would recomend just using CSS for the table styles. If you don't know css, just google CSS TUTORIALS and im sure a million will come up.

Yet another thing I need to learn... I've been meaning to study up on CSS, but just havent gotten around to it. I think that's going to be the right choice though since it will be applicable to other applications as well.
