mail function make me mad

what is going on with mail() line break here ?
I'm almost mad 🙁 , can someone help me here.

some outlook get the email with extra linebreak

ex:

Email : [e-mail]

Name : John

Company : Doe

Phone : [phone]

my outlook show it fine

ex:

Email : [e-mail]
Name : John
Company : Doe

Phone : [phone]
