HTTP Post with Frames

I have a HTML page with three frames. The Third (Bottom) frame comes from another server for which I do a GET for e.g. ( www.abs.com/accountLogin.php?user=damith&pawd=sdfdf -
This is an Account Login

My problem is that when I run this page (with frames), the third (bottom) frame does not go through sometimes (Does not login). I noticed that this generally happens on Internet Explorer. When i use FireFox everything works well.

Do any of u know why ?

Yep...you need to get some javascript rolling in there to make it all work smoothly.
