Just wondering, what's everyone's preferred method of searching a dB?
something like:
SELECT * FROM table WHERE field1 LIKE
'%$keywords%' OR field2 LIKE '%keywords%'
or do you break down keywords?
eg: the search string (keywords) are:
"manchester united girls"
would you break that down by the spaces, then compare each word with the field in the db??
any advice / tips are welcomed!!
