need a ready php script for managing a site...

hi i want a script to show my desings and other products but i dont want the system to be like a virtual shop just showing up the products and prices no "view cart" , "add to cart" and other shop stuff like that.
here are a list of all Features i want it to have:

articles
contact us
news
help
*last 5 products

and a moudle that i could add my own pages in the site

multi languageble

if there is a php script with those Features in it so plz post a link to the site.
*plz only free scripts.

Yes but today thats what people want if its not spoon fed, free, and no one single bug its useless oh and that it has to happen now
