Creating Input Page For MySQL Database

Hi,

I have not been using php and mysql for long however i cannot seem to find a solution to what i am trying to do.

Basically in my database i will be adding a table "other" and it will have various fields in it (will be created by user).

What i need is a scipt that will create an input page for this table automatically depending on the fields in the table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I take it phpMyAdmin wont work in this instance?

PS:
PHPMyAdmin would work put i dont like to use it.
