I am looking to find information on create a registration form with php connected to a dba i want the users to beable to login with their created ID and PW to then start filling out a registration form for a team event. But the kicker for this is that I am wanting them to beable to come back and modify their team member entries if they change before the race date. It seems like a fairly simple task. I also want to create an over all admin that can view all teams and print out the current number of people for each team. I have included my flow chart. If anyone has suggestions on where I might find good resource material I would be greatful.
