determine page and line number

Is there a variable/function that tells you what page and line you are at the moment? So below will be code for a include file calls check.inc.php

echo "File: " . $_NOTSURE['FILE_NAME'] . "Line No: " . $_NOTSURE['LINE_NO'];

I want it to output the filename and the line number when the echo was called. Any ideas?
