Printing a Report.

Good Day.

I need some idea to print out a Report.

Well I have a module for payroll. I have fields like StaffID,BasicSalary,Allowance,HRA,EPF,IncomeTax,TotalEarning,TotalDeduction,NetSalary in the MySQL table. The pay roll will be generated in the month end and records will be stored in the database.

I am giving an option to printout all these records one by one according to StaffID(Pay Slip for a Month).It means one Record should be printed out in one page, blank area should be skipped and the next record should be printed out in the next page.

Kindly let me know how to give a page break between one record and the next record. If you provide me a sample code, it will be very helpful for me.

And when I printout, I want to avoid header and footer information of the web page. Only the salary slip should be printed. Please, Please, please help me.

you can do this with css and browser set-up

Then most browser in print setup will allow you to set headers and footers blank
