Email Survey Questions

I have a website which was made in Flash with a program called SWISHMax...Well i have survey questions and they use radio buttons, i also have 2 TXT boxes also...Well what i want to do is when a person fills out the forms, then they hit submit, the info will be sent to me in a email...I have an hotmail account and the variables are called...

how can i have those variables come from my site get written to an email and have it sent to me?

oh i know but its more of a PHP question becuase all i know is that in PHP variables are accounted for by: #variable

All i need help is how to write a PHP that will put the variables in a email and send it using PHP...Thats all i need..
