[Resolved] Add target to links in string

Hi all -

I need a relatively simple way to add target=\"_blank\" to all urls within a string. After scouring php's string functions I'm still out of ideas. Someone help?

lo-tech and quick, but you might try:

$str = preg_replace("/<a /i","<a target='_blank' ", $str);

No worries! If your app is heavy traffic, you might be better off with stri_replace('<a '..., but it's all probably the same.
