Replacing [img] code to <a href="

Hi..

I need a simple think:

I have this in my DB :

 [URL=http://img128.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img128&image=mowned7oy.jpg][IMG ]http://img128.exs.cx/img128/6875/mowned7oy.th.jpg[/IMG ][/URL]

I wann
a me that.. become this:

<a href="http://img128.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img128&image=mowned7oy.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img128.exs.cx/img128/6875/mowned7oy.th.jpg" border="0" alt="Free Image Hosting at [url]www.ImageShack.us[/url]" /></a>

Is the a simpe script to make this?

I tryied to look at some forums code but that´s too complicated for me to understand.. thanx for any help 😃

this question gets answered week in week out.

Also, check out the phpmanual page for [man]preg_replace[/man]. I beleive there was a user comment submission on exactly how to do this at the bottom last time i looked.
