osCommerce do wholesale customers?

I am relatively new to the "osCommerce" shopping cart and someone wants me to do a modification to his existing site that uses it.

Basically he wants me to add the ability for him to create customer login's that will be "wholesalers" getting the wholesale price of his products at the same time retaining retail customers and retail pricing for everyone else.

Does anyone know of a mod to osCommerce that does this type of thing or has anyone done this mod that can steer me in the right direction?
