I thought since there is such a wide range of knowledgeable people here that this would be a good place to maybe find an answer to a nightmarish problem. And if no one has an answer at least every one here will know to AVOID the following companies.
I signed up for web host through zanuc.com (DO NOT USE THEM!!!) last year I am now getting ready to ditch them for a better web host but all of a sudden last week I was unable to access my sites administration even though I could the week before and my account is still active until next week. I have made several support requests to them but as usual they never answer there email nor do they answer there phone. I need in for a minute to just do the last backup of my database and transfer it to my new web host.
I am just wondering if anyone knows of an organization or company that will go after zanuc.com or help in some maner until zanuc.com gets on the ball.
One side note zanuc.com was recently bought out by "CMG Hosting Services" and since they sent no notification of this change and they are acting just as irresponsible as zanuc.com I'd say avoid there services as well.
