I want to let visitors pay by paypal But when the visitor payed his 12 euro, the status "payed" or "not payed" in my mysql database must be set to "payed"

What your asking for is a pretty elaborate script. You may want to consider hiring someone to code it for you. I would price a script like that at about $40 USD
