javascript in a print statement

I am building a website for a realtor. They need to be able to insert a 'virtual tour' url in a database.

No big deal.

BUT

The url looks like this:

<a href="#" onclick="window.open('http://www.visualtour.com/showvt.asp?t=328687&ref='+document.location.hostname,'VisualTour', 'width=572,height=525,left=114,top=37'); return false;" onMouseOver="self.status='View A Visual Tour'; return true;" onMouseOut="self.status='';"><img src='http://www.visualtour.com/oem/default/visualtour.gif' border='0'></a>

Notice that it has java and uses "

So, my question is.....how can I use the above URL in a print statement ?

The " or ' in the URL cannot change.

escape the "'s and you are good to go.

yes...I understand that....but the problem is....the url gets entered in the database by a user.

So, is there a way to get the url from the database and somehow code in the escapes?

[man]addslashes[/man] will escape the quotes for you.
