echo date('d/m/y', strtotime('Saturday 19th February 2005'));
True, but I was thinking that they had a script that kept outputting ONLY Saturday, .. 2005. And wanted to know how to change that to 03/02/05. Your method works well too.

The answer is not date() - however thank you for the correct answer... these are the newbie forums btw.
