Get remote Internal IP

I have been trying for a while to get a remote clients internal ip address. I have successfully managed to get their external ip (router / proxy etc) but have got stuck getting their internal ip (e.g. 192.168.x.x).

Today I came across audit my pc. Notice part way down it shows 'Internal IP Exposed' as well as the external ip. Does anyone know how to do this? If its possible in asp it must be in php 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the code however and it still returns my external ip address (I am on nat) and not the internal ip...
