Webmail sign in box

Just found the w3schools.com site and am reading up on all this coding stuff.

I'm in the process of putting together a phpnuke multishop site and it's looking pretty good so far. What I'm looking for is how to add a sign in box for my webmail which is provided by my hosting company. They provide the following but I can't include it on any of my pages (some kind of HTML error). Any suggestions?

I tried making it a Block but it still wouldn't work.

html doesnt generate errors. what is the EXACT error you recieve.

I get this if I try to add it through the admin page.

The html tags you attempted to use are not allowed

Do I need to add this within a particular .php file? I would like to link to my webmail through the admin page.
